Refund Policy

  1.  At Skythera.com, we endorse the quality of our products and stand by the interpretations from the point of view of our experts who have helped automate the astrological reports and affirmation worksheets for the benefit of the Customers. However, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee towards the Customer’s use and interpretations of our products. Products purchased once cannot be refunded and we encourage all Users to decide regarding the purchase of their products and only purchase the reports when absolutely sure. We offer a free report which the Users can view in order to ascertain for themselves if they like the interpretations offered by our team of astrology researchers and technologists.


  2.  If you wish to submit a grievance towards an order, please e-mail our customer service team at hello@skythera.com. We try our best to respond to all queries however, we do not guarantee a response to every email.


  3.  We will not offer refunds for any incorrect or inaccurate data provided by Customers. Kindly check all your information thoroughly while submitting your details.


  4.  Skythera.com products are generated only upon User demand and are solely for entertainment purposes. Our products are not meant to replace any psychological, medical or emotional treatment that must be sought from licensed practitioners in the respective field. Entire responsibility towards using these products lies with the Customers and Skythera.com Skythera.com does not guarantee for any of its products or content to be accurate for anyone by any standards whatsoever. Astrology as a field is very subjective and interpretations vary from User to User. Skythera.com does not take any responsibility towards any psychological impact of any of its astrological reports or any other product on the User. No refunds will be issued basis any Customer dissatisfaction towards the reliability, accuracy or helpfulness of any report.


  5.  If any product is damaged in transit, please write to hello@skythera.com along with your order number and we will send a fresh report on your registered email ID. No refunds will be issued once product has been purchased.


  6.  In the event that Skythera.com chooses to refund a Customer, the refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway. In case of multiple payments made against the same order, we will be refunding for the duplicate order in full (after deducting the amount for the original order)


  7.  It is our endeavor that all refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of refund initiation. However, once the refund is initiated from our end, actual processing of refund is subject to the processing time taken by the bank and payment gateway.
